I went on the wrong day and they were still able to get me and my puppy in ! Everyone was so sweet to her and helped her be less anxious. She was given her vaccinations with peanut butter, treats, toys, and cuddles as a distraction. Quick and easy ! Loved our goodie bag too !

They took my 6lb morkie in knowing she had eaten a corn cob, knowing full well they could not care for a blockage emergency. After 7.5 hrs they could not tell if she had a blockage and if she did could not perform the surgery. I took her to ER Vet and in 2 1/2 hours because the had equipment to do an ultrasound and trained staff, we knew there was no blockage. Help me understand why knowing the emergency was possibility of blockage did they not send me where my dog could be diagnosed and treated. Why keep a poor animal 7 1/2 hours when the ER Vet knew in 2 1/2 hrs. Please do not take your pet to Dublin if you are concerned about an emergency.
